Enjolie-Rose Trinh

Hi, I’m Enjolie!

My focus is to create a nonjudgmental environment for you to explore all elements of yourself, your life, and your connections with others. My clients learn to better regulate their emotions, improve communication skills, and manage relationships with skills proven to work. I have training in trauma-informed techniques and skill-building, specifically distress tolerance, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness skills.

I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives. I’m here to help you access your own power to create the changes you want to see. Also, I incorporate a holistic and feminist approach, inviting clients to discuss and process systemic and cultural issues.

I work with individuals from various cultural backgrounds, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender identity. My hours vary for easy accessibility. I will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you have. You are so brave in taking this first, and often hardest, step towards your goal. I hope to walk alongside you on your journey to achieve it.
