Allison Salas

I’m a licensed mental health therapist who believes that therapy doesn’t have to be stiff or intimidating. My approach is laid-back, genuine, and rooted in real conversation. You won’t find judgment here—just an open space where you can be yourself, breathe a little easier, and start working through whatever’s been weighing you down.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, past trauma, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to help you sort it out in a way that feels natural and comfortable. I blend evidence-based tools with empathy, humor, and real talk to support your healing and growth at your own pace.

My goal is to help you not just get through life, but to start feeling more grounded, empowered, and like yourself again.

If you’re ready to take that first step—even if you’re not quite sure what it looks like yet—I’m here to walk alongside you.
