Anne Volkers

Anne knows how hard it can be to take the plunge into the unknown and be open to the vulnerability that therapy offers. She looks forward to the chance to work with you on trusting the process in exploring and learning about oneself and your space in the world in a safe and non-judgmental space. Anne completed her Bachelors in Psychology from Central College in 2019 and her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Aquinas College in 2022. She specializes in individual therapy with anxiety and depression in teens and adults as well as parents in the perinatal period. Anne has been trained by Postpartum Support International to care for parents both before and after babys arrival and is working to become certified through PSI. She utilizes individual blends of person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy dependent on the needs on the individual.
