Lauren has experience working with teens to adults across a spectrum of issues, including substance use, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, chronic illness, relationship issues, and difficult life transitions. She spent 4 years working in substance use and neuroscience clinical research before returning to school and graduating from University of Michigan with a Master’s degree in Clinical Health Psychology. Lauren’s goal is to help identify thoughts, emotions, and action patterns. She promotes mindfulness, art therapy, mind-body connection, and cognitive behavioral change. From there, the aim is to collaborate to work toward your goals and find a more fulfilling way to live.
