She/Her

Hi, I’m Natasha! A trauma-informed, EMDR-trained therapist dedicated to helping high-achieving women, teens, and couples move from survival mode into calm, connection, and self-trust. My work is grounded in trauma-informed approaches that blend EMDR, somatic therapy, parts work, and Polyvagal Theory to help the nervous system release chronic stress and find safety again.
I often work with clients navigating anxiety, ADHD-related overwhelm, burnout, or the lasting effects of trauma. My goal is to help you understand the “why” behind your patterns, quiet the inner critic, and learn how to tune into your body’s cues with compassion instead of judgment. For couples, I use the Gottman Method (Level 1 trained) to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and restore emotional closeness.
In our sessions, you can expect empathy, honesty, and a collaborative approach. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe, integrating insight and practical tools that support real, lasting change—so you can create more peace, energy, and confidence in your daily life.
