Now Hiring Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs)
West Michigan Psychological Services is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, client-centered Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our dynamic clinical team. With five established locations along the West Michigan lakeshore, we are actively hiring for our Muskegon, Grand Haven, and Holland offices.
As a W-2 PMHNP, you’ll benefit from the security and consistency of employment status while maintaining the flexibility to create a schedule that supports your lifestyle and clinical preferences. Our incentive-based pay model offers strong earning potential, rewarding your expertise and dedication to quality psychiatric care.

Salary:
- Full-Time (approx. 25 sessions per week) = $94,280
- Part-Time (approx. 12.5 sessions per week) = $43,560
What We're Looking For:
- Active PMHNP License in the state of Michigan (required)
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Nursing with a psychiatric specialty (required)
- Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
(required) - Minimum 2 Years of Experience providing psychiatric assessment and medication management (preferred)
- A commitment to inclusive, evidence-based, and client-focused psychiatric care
- A self-motivated provider who thrives in a flexible, supportive, and team-oriented environment

- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Related Field (required)
- Active Michigan license: LMSW, LLMSW, LLPC, LPC, TLLP, LLP, or LP (required)
- Minimum 2 Years of clinical experience (preferred)
