Depending on the service, cancellation must occur 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please review our complete cancellation and no-show policy here

To start therapy services, call us at your preferred location! A member of our admin team will confirm your name, phone number, and email. From there, we will send you account set-up information and intake forms through our Therapy Notes portal. Once intake forms are complete, we will call to confirm your insurance and any anticipated fees or co-pays.

After you complete the intake process, your therapist will contact you to schedule an appointment. You will receive appointment confirmation via Therapy Notes. Feel free to sit in the lobby when you arrive at the office. Your therapist will meet you in the lobby at the start of your appointment.

No, we do not require you to be retested. Our administrative team will contact your previous healthcare provider to obtain any necessary medical records.

Yes, we offer trauma-informed therapy services. Visit our Therapy for Trauma or EMDR pages. 

Anyone! EMDR  is not limited to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. It can be used on people from all walks of life, age, race, religion, and diagnosis.

We offer therapy and medication management services for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, and ADHD. We also offer couples counseling, child and adolescent therapy, therapy for trauma, EMDR, and LGBTQ+ friendly therapy.

Yes. We have office locations in Holland, Grand Haven, and Norton Shores.
