Discovery and validation are key components in therapy. As a social worker and professional counselor, I utilize a holistic approach that supports individuals in their recovery and therapeutic journey.

I have experience working with teens, adults, and older adults. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment issues, somatic issues, and sleep hygiene techniques. Many clients report difficulties relating to work, life, balance. I often provide techniques, conduct assessment, and utilize strength finder tools to individuals desiring to manage stress, improve effective communication skills, and goal attainment.

Given my background, training, and experience, evidenced-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) are utilized within a safe telehealth environment. I also incorporate narrative therapy, multi-modal and solution-focused based therapy as necessary. Together, we will explore ways to increase self-awareness, develop coping skills, and reduce self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors.

Within my own self-care journey, I enjoy practicing Resonance Meditation, Breathwork, EF-Tapping, Poetry, Song writing, Music, Dance and spending time with my Grandchildren and Fur Babies.
