Kassidy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2020 from Lake Superior State University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Health Psychology from University of Michigan-Dearborn in August 2023. Kassidy is a clinical health psychologist who focuses on creating a safe environment and forming authentic connections with her clients during the process of therapy. In her role as a provider, Kassidy possesses specialized training to carefully consider how mental health and the body interact, taking into account chronic or acute health conditions. She focuses on a compassionate approach to meet individuals where they are without judgment. Taking the first step can be challenging but Kassidy believes that taking the first step is deserving of praise.

Kassidy is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and has experience with selective mutism, anxiety, depression, adjustment, psychotic disorders, neurocognitive disorders, and chronic health conditions. She enjoys working with adults in various stages of life and LGBTQ+ populations. Kassidy provides individual counseling services in the Norton Shores office and also provides psychological testing services.
